Biomarker Validation and Implementation

Learn from a panel of experts on how to move your biomarker from discovery to validation and clinical implementation. Bring your questions and experiences and participate in a Q&A discussion session.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the most effective way of collecting, freezing and thawing human peripheral blood cells
  • Identify and overcome variables that affect the quality of human T cell ELISPOT assays
  • Understand the complexities of multi-color flow cytometry with human blood samples.
